THE COMPANY

Cyprus Welding Institute (CWI) has been the official Member of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) for Cyprus since 2013.

CWI is the exclusive national representative and a full member of the following international organizations:

  • International Institute of Welding (IIW)
  • European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF)
  • International Authorization Board (IAB)

As the only Recognized Authorized Body (ANB) in Cyprus, CWI is authorized to provide internationally recognized qualifications and certifications in accordance with IIW and EWF requirements.

In close collaboration with the Welding Greek Institute (WGI), CWI delivers a comprehensive portfolio of internationally accredited education, training, qualification, and certification services, including:

  • IIW/EWF Welding Coordination Personnel programs
  • Welding Inspector training programs
  • Welder training, qualification, and certification
  • NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector Level 1 & Level 2 programs
  • NDT Level 2 qualifications in:
    • Visual Testing (VT)
    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
    • Radiographic Testing (RT)
    • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
    • Penetrant Testing (PT)
    • Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
    • Infrared Thermography (IRT)

To support professionals worldwide, many of our training programs are available through distance learning, while examinations can be completed securely via our online e-Examination platform.
